Requirements for formation of a limited company

- 4 proposed names of the company (names should show the main business activity
of the company)
- Brief description of main business activity and any other incidental activities to be
carried out
- Proposed Authorised capital of the company (minimum of INR 100,000/-)
- Proposed registered office address along with the jurisdiction of police station,
address proof is also required
- Total no of promoters of the company and details of the directors
- Total no of shares to be subscribed by each promoters
Other information:
- Educational qualifications of the promoters
- Place of birth of all the promoters
- If present residential address is different than the permanent residential address
then the relevant utility bills such as mobile bill/telephone bill/electricity bill/bank
statement
Documents requirements:
- Pan of all the promoters self attested
- Identity document such as Passport/Voter ID/Adhar Card/Driving License self
attested (any one)
- Residential proof in the nature of mobile bill/telephone bill/electricity bill/bank
statement self attested
- Landline No promoters
- Mobile No of the promoters
