Export Compliance Training Acknowledgement

As an employee or contractor for Capgemini North America, Capgemini Energy L.P., or any
Capgemini subsidiary company, I have been informed that I am responsible for understanding and
complying with all export-related legal and regulatory requirements as described in Capgemini’s North
America Export Compliance Policy and the associated Fundamentals of U.S. and Canadian Export
Regulations and the Export Approval Process training course. I understand that violation of these
legal and regulatory requirements may result in employee discipline up to and including termination of
employment. In addition, violations of U.S. and/or Canadian export regulations can result in the
imposition of significant penalties on both Capgemini North America and individual employees, and
denial of Capgemini’s exporting privileges.

By signing this form I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Capgemini North America Export
Compliance Policy document and have successfully completed the Fundamentals of U.S. and
Canadian Export Regulations and the Export Approval Process training course and understand that I
am personally responsible for adhering to the regulatory requirements of the Capgemini North
America Export Compliance Policy.

I understand that I am obligated to promptly report to my manager or to the Capgemini NA Regulatory

and Governmental Affairs team, any compliance violation or suspected violation. I also understand
that if I am uncertain whether my work activities are compliant, it is my responsibility to obtain
clarification prior to performing any export work activity in question.
