OPERATION PLAN

OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTION PLAN

A. Facilities and Improvements:

Our company will be at Kolej Perindu ,UITM Shah Alam. We choose this location
because the site is strategic and it’s near to our college . Otherwise, UITM Shah Alam lack of
a company into a food marketing, especially in the collegue environment and there are a lot
of company requires websites for their start up business. In this case, it gave us a wide
target market and our marketing strategy can be easily optimize.
This location also gave a benefit for those who doesn’t really known the places, it
can be found easily using a google map and Waze. Due to the lack of other food marketing
in this area, we have a change to be competitive with the old company that being in the site
for ages
Such as Dataran Cendekiawan Food Stall and Section 2 Food Court.

B. Capital Equipment:

For the start we only need a supplier to give a product to our company such as
Chocojar Oreo, Chocojar kitkat and Chocojar kinder bueno. We try to avoid buy in lot of
quantity but buy when someone had order. It’s to avoid the chocolate from melting and
expired. Also for the topping we use M&N , food sprinkle and oreo .

No Item Price
1 Choco Jar RM200.00
2 Topping RM50.00

TOTAL RM250.00

C. Business Structure.

Choco jar busines using a private limited company structure. The good advantage of
having a Private Limited Company is, it allows an entrepreneur to separately divide their
margin of business when doing a sell. This services allow people to learn a step by step
strategy to expand their business in real world.
D. Business License.

The amount for starting a private limited company is RM 250.00. The amount of of
purchasing staff that required for our business are quite expensive for a student project. But
I think this business will run smoothly because the loacation that we targeted are at the
collegue and nearby the faculty. It’s easier for them to buy our product. It’s doesn’t required
any tax because we sell in margin that are lower from the price of the market.
