Mashed Potato in White onion

Ingredients:

- Potatoes - Evaporated Milk

- Cheese - Iodized salt

- Pepper - White onion

- Bacon - Parsley

- Flour - Egg

- Bread crumbs - Cooking oil

Procedure:

1. Boil the Potatoes, and mashed it after.

2. Slice the bacon into cubes then fry. Set aside

3. Cut the cheese into cubes. Set aside

4. Put the evaporated milk, salt, pepper, bacon, parsley in the mashed potato.
Mix it well.

5. Cut the up and down part of the white onion to looks like a small bowl.

6. Put the mashed potato mixture inside the white onion and add some cheese
in between the mashed potato

7. Coat it with flour,egg and breadcrumbs.

8. Heat the oil in the pan and fry it until it turns to golden brown. Serve.
