To understand the Total Quality Management concept and principles and the various tools
Objective(s) available to achieve Total Quality Management, statistical approach for quality control, ISO and
QS certification process and its need for the industries.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to
1. Recognize the basic concepts of total quality management.
2. List the role of senior management.
3. Identify the customer satisfaction, retention and employee involvement.
