Introduction
In any research, ethical consideration is specified as most important part. From every aspect,
there should be no harm to the environment or an individual from the activity performed by the
participants. However in Australia for the guidance of directors and employees of an
organization Ethical code of conduct is imposed. Australian ethics are still maintaining policy of
whistleblowing through which any breaching of code can be reported. Respect should be
prioritized for the individual who is participating in the research. Before aligning any participant
for the study his/her permission or acceptance is necessary. The privacy of the research is one of
the important factors ensured by the participants and the organization. It is the responsibility of
participants that there should not be any information, representation in the data finding include
which mislead the objective and aim of the research. An individual should participate in the
research according to the informed consent; informed consent is basically provided by the
person, who does not have any doubts in another way the person who understands the facts,
implications, and results which may obtain further. According to the principle of the informed
consent, it is included with the sufficient information required to conduct research as well as the
assurance for taking part. The informed consent act as legal document that can be mostly used in
the research associated with science. It helps the research to understand the guidelines of the
research. Neither organization nor the participants involve with any offensive, unacceptable
language or the discrimination activity during designing any questionnaire, interview, group
question, etc. (Krajewski, Schumacher, and Dalrymple, 2019).

YouTube as an Education Tool in Higher School Science

The main aim of the research is to understand the role of YouTube in education as well as its
impact on the educational sector. This research will play a significant role to identify the
functionality of YouTube for Higher School Science. The research will help to identify the
disadvantages and techniques to avoid them (Amarasekara, and Grant, 2019). From the obtained
data or results of this research, it would be easy to understand that YouTube is effective or it is
not providing accurate information.

For the recruitment different strategies are used to appoint favorable candidates to complete the
research (Jeong, and Youn, 2019). In the recruitment strategies use of social media, cold calling

and job posting websites as well as Austrlian ethical code of conduct will be followed. The
quantitative methodology will be used in the research for the collection of data and information
and for this Questionnaire techniques are used for the different age group people (Saurabh, and
Gautam, 2019); it will help to obtain the broad information required for the research. In the
questionnaire different set of questions will be prepared; the questions will depend and varies
according to the age of people (Chen, Lun, Yan, Hao and Weng, 2019). The selected participants
will be advised to gather information about the outcomes obtained with the use of the YouTube
platform as a tool in higher school science. It is very important to analyze the data for which the
methods are used include critical analysis of aim and objective, interviews, by finding the
rationale behind the exposure of findings as well as by comparing the finding of primary search
and findings of the literature review (Lakhani, and Syed, 2019).

Details of participants
For this research the reason behind to choose the age group between 20-30 years is that because
people of this age group are energetic and passionate about digital tools and technology. Also
they have deep knowledge of every technology available in the country.

Recruitment
For the recruitment process, the participants will be approached through their profiles updated on
the social media sites, through email, and through postal services. They will get information
about the research on their registered email id’s who are far from the location of research, those
who are living nearby location their session will be conducted about the research and its
objectives. In the recruitment process, the Australian ethical code of conduct will be followed in
order to maintain the relationship between the participant and the research organization to avoid
any disputr further (da Silva, Pereira, and Walmsley, 2019).

The participants of the research will be rewarded with the financial incentives included with a
basic payout which will depend upon their interview and on working experience. The incentives
will be provided to participants will be categorized according to their assigned task if they are
able to complete within the given deadline they will get a complete incentive of $50 for each role
but if there would be any delay then there is deduction of $10 (Wang, and Chen, 2019). Every
participant has to first sign on the informed consent provided before the beginning in the
procedure of research (Dhamayanti, 2019).

Risk
All the candidates are necessary to know about the risk of the research which may arise however,
there are fewer chances but if in the worst case anything happened then the candidate must have
the knowledge. The risks which may arise in the research and the related consequences
associated with this mentioned in the informed consent as well as discussed with the participants.
There are chances in which the research and its outcomes not obtained accurate or as expected
(Cole, and Swartz, 2019). In this case, if the organization found any mistake from the end of the
participant then organization may take action against the participants associated with financial
and legal terms. The participants might face physical risks with their bodies and health.

In order to avoid these risks organizations must have to concern that the selected participants
must have good knowledge about the sector and the role for which they are aligned. Their
knowledge in terms of technology should be sound also precise skills to manage the information

or data of the research (Wang, and Chen, 2019). The organization should organize a monitor
program in which the daily report needs to be designed for analyzing the statistics and collected
information. Apart from these methodologies as in the recruitment process, the code of ethics
was also followed so there would be fewer chances for any issue but in any case such issues arise
then this code will help to overcome. The code of ethics helps the organization for decision
making in ethical dilemma.

However, there are some potential benefits that can be achieved by the participants such as they
will get to acquire practical knowledge linked with digital education. To work in the research
will create a positive impact on the participants and their careers (Campbell, Gibson, Pollack,
and Watkins, 2019). Participants will also able to interact with different people having different
skills and specialization.

Data Collection
The data collection plays a critical role in any research because this process helps to achieve the
appropriate knowledge which has to use further. It can be simply defined as the process of
gathering and analyzing the information which depends upon the figures obtained from the
research. The data collection process is basically performed in two ways in which Quantitative
data and qualitative data are included. In this research quantitative data has been used for the
analysis. In the data collection process every organization has to follow the code of ethics
according to which the organization must ensure that there is no reason available from which the
conflicts may arise between participants and organization for data and its access. The
organization should care about the security of the data, in any case, it should not be accessed by
any unauthorized person. The collected data is important for research organization; it will help
them to improve the quality of results as well make them understand about the advantage of
benefits can be achieved from YouTube by using it as educational tool. While collecting the data
and information the conversation conducted between the interviewer and candidate should be
confidential. (Khatoon, Hill, and Walmsley, 2019). All the outcomes of the research will be
analyzed with the data which is already available also known as standard data. The data
collection process simply helps the organization be providing platform though which they can
take decisions smoothly and precisely.

Conclusion
A project is designed for the research study on the use of YouTube in Higher school science. In
the project, the ethical considerations are covered which can arise during the research. The
objective of the research including the significance is explained. The methodologies which are
selected for conducting the research are defined with their brief description. The report concludes
the recruitment process for the research through which participants will choose. This project
report will also help to identify the risks, as well as the benefits of the research, arise. In the
project design, the data collection method is also explained which needs to be changed.
