3. ​The students will prepare to gather 5 of the 10
informational terms and pictures they made for their
flashcards.

4. ​The students will download a flash card maker on
their devices, the flash cards must be created by the
students.
● A picture must be provided on the front of
the cards.
● The definition must be provided on the back
of the cards
● Example: Place Greece/Front of card/Picture
of chosen fact.

5.​As the Teacher I will model and example by using
the image projector at my computer desk. Using one
of the flashcard apps. While I am navigating and
creating my card the students will be able to see
what I am doing in real time by viewing the IWB(
Interactive Whiteboard).
6.​The students need to be sure to cite their sources
on the cards, this will make it easier for when it is
time to construct their research paper and will
protect them from any accidental plagiarism.
7. ​When the students are finished they can share
what they created with me as the Teacher, I will be

5. ​The students will find the assignment mentioned
in step three, one of two ways. They can access the
assignment by looking in the class stream, clicking on
“classes”. or the can tap on “planner” located at the
bottom toolbar to locate the list of upcoming
assignments.
6. ​The students will click “submit Assignment” it is
easy to ​“attach a file” ​like (PDF, photos, word
documents) or they can text the terms directly in
their feed. However the photos associated with the
text must still be uploaded for full credit.
7. ​Once all files are attached the students should not
forget to click the ​“submit button” ​this is very
important as uploaded information will not be saved
as a draft if they go to quickly view the live stream of
another students direct page.
8. ​In the live stream or on the student direct pages
positive feedback should be given to 4 different
classmates. In return make response comments to
the 4 students that leave feedback on your page. Or
in the live stream.
9. ​For example: Italy, Carnivale “I like what you said
about the “colorful mask” worn by the Italian
performers during carnivale”. You only had one
picture of a mask, maybe you can find a picture with
two or three different color masks in the same shot”,
this could help me visualize the differences.
