INTRODUCTION

It is important to find solutions to improve Colombian companies through digital


transformation since a small percentage of these companies have been digitally
transformed A large part of this percentage are large and competitively consolidated
companies, which caused the increase in technological backwardness to medium
and small companies which makes nests have to try harder, being almost impossible
to compete with them. It is essential at this time to know and apply a technological
assessment and negotiation.
OBJECTIVES

General objectives

Have the ability to develop a negotiation of technological assets based on products,


processes and systems innovation.

Especific objective

 Achieve the social and commercial objectives of the organization.
