The Perfect Burger

OPINION
For us to be able to live, we have to take lots of different vitamins and nutrients. We do that
by eating different foods, but it doesn’t mean everything is healthy. We should consume
more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, low fat foods and sugar free. That doesn’t
mean we mustn’t eat other meals that we like, we do, to increase serotonin production in our
bodies, but not so often cause it may cause us some health issues, weight gain or acne.

1. Do you prefer home cooked food or fast food?
I like fast food more, but it is not healthy so I eat home cooked food more.

Yes.

It still looks appetising even though it is not healthy.
