I. TRUE OR FALSE: Write False in the space provided if the


statement is TRUE; write True in the space provided if the

a. May a person be charged with conspiracy to commit Murder?

b. Can an American citizen who committed theft in the Philippines


be charged and convicted here in the Philippines? Explain.

c. Is an unborn child entitled to support of whatever nature from


his father? Explain.

d. Can a Filipino citizen who obtained divorce outside of the


Philippines be capacitated to re-marry in the Philippines?

e. Can a Filipino Citizen who obtained gender re-assignment be


allowed to change his/her gender in his Birth Certificate in the
Philippines? Explain.

f. May a criminal action for bigamy be suspended if a civil action


for declaration of nullity of the second marriage was filed
earlier? Explain.
