 The proposed idea is a rc mobile which houses an extendable
robotic arm. The rc mobile is wired to avoid any interferences(to
overcome the interferences for transmitting signals if it was
wireless). The arm is made in such a way that it has a removable
vacuum duct for suction or robotic fingers for grip.

The rc mobile also can point the nozzle of jet stream towards
interference to cut open hardened obstacles. With the help of
vacuum/robotic fingers/water jet the solution to the problem is

The wheels of the mobile is made up of a permanent magnet for

A single piece propeller is an optional to the mobile(which also is

wired) for painting etc to a certain limit.

Other add ons like 360 camera and gas sensors are provided to
meet the problem statement
