Discuss as a group, and you could think about the following ideas for your feedback.

What was the product? An intense Interrogation scene with a twist!

What was the narrative (story)? (linear – non-linear) Linear – has a clear beginning middle
and end. Make sure to pay close attention to the dialogue to tell the story clearly, especially
as you’re using misdirection with the beginning clips.

Was it a specific genre? (Horror, crime, drama, comedy) – Suspense Crime Drama

Was the genre strong enough? If not, what could be improved? This has definitely been
achieved – always thinking what will happen next. The use of static is very intense and adds
to the development of the film.

Did it succeed in its intentions? Ie: to scare, to shock, to make you laugh! It will definitely
succeed in misdirection – transitioning from the intro to the main idea of the film.

Did it make sense? If not, what could be improved? Clear idea and intention of direction.
Will make sense!

Did the edit flow well? If not, what could be improved? – Edit flowed will from news clip to
the static. The increased volume of the static really made me feel on edge which is perfect
for type of film this is!

Was the poster well made? Simple but effective! Can improve with more time put in but
definitely has a clear link to the film idea.

Did it make sense? Yes!

Did it contain the correct codes and conventions of a typical film poster / music video? Has a
title and key images that represents what the film will entail. Focus on adding the smaller
details e.g. Tagline? Directors name/actors names etc.
