No permission is needed because this is a public walking path.

Audio/visual problems:(how will you deal with sound/visual interruptions from passing cars, the
public, road works, airplanes/trains, police sirens, wind, general interruptions to filming and audio)

There will be no audio problems as we are not recording any audio for the shoot. Visual problems
could be that there are people around in the background as this is a popular walking path.

Weather conditions: (could the weather affect your filming in any way?)

On the 26th of April it says on the forecast that it will be sunny and 26 Celsius.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g. roadworks in 1st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)

Nothing will change throughout the filming days of where we are going to film for the location this is
because the area is surrounded by trees and there isn’t any graffiti or changes which could happen.

Electricity/Lighting issues: (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is lighting
adequate or does it need altering?

In this location there is no electricity, and we will be using the natural light during the day outside.
Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?)

Nothing else will need to be added but we want to have our actors where a costume to make the
music video stand out and seem more real to the audience.

Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?)

There are no toilets or refreshments near this location so make sure we bring our own food and
water.

Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station near by?)

You can park on Woodlands Road but however we are thinking of walking from here to the Battery
Point Lighthouse location.

Covid 19 restrictions: (how will you manage Covid – 19 restrictions, e.g 1 metre rule, masks,
sanitiser?)

Wear a mask, use hand sanitiser stay 2 meters apart.
