Multitasking is only good if what we are trying to do are small tasks that do not involve great mental
effort and perhaps multitasking can be a benefit if we only do a maximum of three jobs at a time.

Among the advantages of multitasking, it stands out that it only works when they are short-term tasks
and is done from time to time. And among the great disadvantages of multitasking, stress is one of
them. When we do many things at once, we blindly believe that we are doing something right when all
we are doing is creating stress and wasting time.

d. Argue why Multitasking approach hasn’t to be necessarily accepted as a way of life

The multitasking approach should not necessarily be a way of life because not all people tolerate the
same amount of work. Now, there are people who are able to do many tasks at the same time without
stress and are not able to focus on one thing, contrary to what happens to others who do many things at
the same time enter a stress picture. Also, when we take into account the time between doing a single
task or doing many task, there will not be much time difference but if emotional, it is up to each person
to manage their emotions and productivity.
