    your child will be bringing home 3
    sheets that you need to view with him/her this week. The first sheet
    will be a permission slip to go to the
    Pumpkin Patch at the end of the
    month. The second sheet attached is a
    volunteer form for the field
    trip, feel free to email me with any questions.
    The third sheet your child will bring home is
    a conference sheet, which allows you to
    schedule a date and time you can attend
    your children’s conference.
