The organizational study was done in K FOUR EXTRUSIONS INDIA PVT LMT. The
study was done for a period of one month, May to June 2019 which helped me to
understand the functioning of the organization and its departments.
The objective of the study was to gain a general understanding of the
organization, the structure and reporting structure of various functional departments and
their activities. The various departmental activities include human resource department,
marketing department, quality department, production department, finance department,
administration department and so on. Observation and direct nitration with the employee
and employees of the firm helped to gain the learning.
By conducting SWOT analysis, it was found that the strength of the organization
is the strong brand image in rubber industry. The company was found to have weakness
as well. In some department there is productive manpower is existing is effective modern
weakness as well.
