2. Sehubungan dengan itu, proses pengeluaran COA akan menggunakan kaedah Akujanji di
mana verifikasi akan dijalankan di gudang berlesen/premis yang diluluskan oleh CIDB
selepas 31 Mac 2020atau tarikh yang akan dimaklumkan kemudian. Pengimport
dinasihatkan untuk mengimport produk yangtelah mempunyai PC/FTTR sahaja. Borang
akujanji boleh dimuat turun di pautan berikut:

Accordingly, the process of issuing the COA will use the Akujanji method where verification will
be carried out at the licensed warehouse / premises approved by CIDB after March 31, 2020 or
at a later date. Importers are advised to import products that have PC / FTTR only. The

Because the laboratories in Malaysia have temporarily suspended the sampling &
testing process, all consignments that do not yet have PC / FTTR but have arrived at the
country's entrance during that time, should be temporarily located in any licensed
warehouse / premises approved by CIDB until March 31, 2020 or the date to be notified
later for the sampling and verification process.
The following is attached the procedure of issuing the Special Authorized COA - the
management of the COA during the Movement Control Order to address COVID-19 for
all references. Refer to Appendix A.

1.1 Pengimport memohon COA melalui sistem ePermit dan menyertakan salinan asal
borang Akujanji sama ada dengan cara memuat naik terus ke dalam sistemePermit
atau diemelkan kepada pegawai CIDB yang berkenaan.
Importers apply for COA through the ePermit system and include an original copy of the
Akujanji Form either by uploading it directly to thePermit system or mailing it to the
appropriate CIDB officer.
1.2 Ibu Pejabat CIDB dan pejabat Negeri/Cawangan akan memproses permohonan COA dan
meluluskan sekiranya berpuas hati dengan semua dokumen dan maklumat yang
diberikan.
CIDB Headquarters and State / Branch offices will process the COA application and
approve it if they are satisfied with all the documents and information provided.
1.3 Pengimport mengeluarkan produk dan menempatkan di gudang atau premis yang
dinyatakan dalam borang Akujanji.
The importer gets the product out of the port and place it in the warehouse or premises
specified in the Akujanji form.
ii. Kontena dibenarkan untuk dibuka tetapi pengimport perlu menyimpan nombor seal,
emel gambar produk & seal untuk rujukan pegawai verifikasi CIDB.
Containers are allowed to be open but importers need to store container seal numbers,
product pictures to be emailed to CIDB & seals for CIDB verification officer reference.
iii. Tidak dibenarkan untuk menggunakan atau mengalihkan konsainan seperti dinyatakan
dalam borang Akujanji sehingga proses verifikasi selesai dijalankan oleh pegawai CIDB
dan surat kelulusan penggunaan produk dikeluarkan.
It is not permitted to use or remove consignments as stated in the Akujanji form until
the verification process is completed by CIDB officials and a product usage approval
letter is issued.
iv. Verifikasi akan dilaksanakan oleh CIDB selepas 31 Mac 2020 atau tarikh yang akan
dimaklumkan kemudian oleh CIDB.
Verification will be performed by CIDB after March 31, 2020 or a date to be notified later by CIDB.
