1. Write a performance report

Performance report

1. WHS policy

WHS policy of Grow management consultants is satisfactory. To further improve its


performance, we will recommend the grow management consultant should have to:

 Include the WHS policies in the training session for staff, contractors & visitors
 To external stakeholders, WHS policy would be promoted.

2. WHS responsibilities

WHS responsibilities of Grow management consultants are satisfactory. As they are included
in the policies and procedures. To further improve its performance, we will recommend the
Grow management consultant should have to:

 To make sure they meet organizational & legal requirements, WHS policies would be
reviewed periodically.
 Against WHS responsibilities of the position, manager performance would be
assessed.

3. WHS Consultation
WHS consultation of Grow management consultants is of advanced performance. These are
usually considered in the staff meetings. So, that staff would be aware of the consultation
arrangements, with names of the key people with whom to discuss WHS issues. As WHS
consultation has good performance in the company so we don’t think we have recommended
them further.

4. WHS Training

WHS training of Grow management consultants is satisfactory. As they are providing


training sessions on the WHS policies and procedures and keeping a record of induction. To
further improve its WHS training they should have to:
