Linking Resources in Your Learning Plan Document

1. Upload your graphic organizer or other document you would like linked to your learning plan to OneDrive (PDFs
are the preferred format because they will retain their formatting regardless of software being used on the
target computer).

2. Once uploaded, one way to create a share link to the document is to click the three dots to the right of
the file name.

4. Adjust settings for the link by clicking on Anyonet with the link can edit.

5. Deselect Allow editing and check that Anyone with the link is selected, then click Apply at the bottom.

6. When done, click Copy to send your link to the clipboard for pasting into your document.

7. In your learning plan document, highlight the text you would like to hyperlink and click Insert on the
toolbar, then click Link. Paste your link into the Address box and click OK/Insert.
