earned a good pass. I was initially concerned that
you consider a generic approach and it appeared that
you were failing to address the key context of the
question which was a military acquisition programme
that interacts with the private sector.

/100 However you redeem yourself, just, by your

discussion at the end. You would have received a
better mark had you added a contextual discussion
within each heading, showing the reader how the
particular context your are considering would be
affected by the actions you are proposing under the
heading.

You are also let down by two of your headings

having no explicit academic justification. I think the
headings are valid and it would not be hard to find
papers that would justify them, but you have not
done so.
