Dear, Mr. Rinaldy:

On Monday, 4th May 2020 we ordered 500 Pax Catering Buffet on our event.

Unfortunately, the catering buffet that we received is less than 500 but 450.

I purchased 500 Pax Catering Buffet at the price of Rp 25.000.000. Paying with my
credit card. But I have just received only 450 Pax Catering Buffet.

We are hereby filing a claim and hold you responsible for this mistake.
