HOW TO OPERATE THE PRINTER (EPSON L120)

1. Make sure that the AVR is switched on

2. Connect the USB cable wire to your laptop
3. Switch on the power button
4. Check the ink level regularly
5. Put the paper in the paper tray found at the back part of the
printer
6. Start printing
**MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE INSTALLED EPSON L120 IN
YOUR LAPTOP TO MAXIMIZE THE FEATURES OF THE PRINTER

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. Ask permission first before using the printer
2. Ask your teacher for the bond paper (please provide your own
colored paper, velum, or special paper)
3. Do not forget to write in the logbook so that we can monitor the
consumption of the ink. Please put in remarks if you have printed a
document/s with image or pictures
4. All documents/projects that you are going to print should be
school-related
5. MAXIMUM of 15 pages only per student (per use) unless
otherwise it is in a form of invitation or program intended for
school activities
6. If you encounter problem with the printer and you are not
familiar with it, do not try to fix it, instead, call an expert or your
teacher for assistance.
7. If the ink level reached the low point, do not proceed, call the
attention of your teacher.
8. Avoid bending the cables and wires
