The Quality Control serves to allow the solution to the problems generated by the lack of
uniformity of the products and / or services that the organizations present.
What was basically sought was that the product would not fail, because in this way a non-
conformity was generated. The problem can be prevented from the input of how the process is
going to be carried out, by eliminating in time the causes that cause the product and/or service
to fail and thus provide a solution and thus the production of good outcomes for companies.

These are some foundations for Quality Management that make sense of the implementation of
the QMS under the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015:
1. Systemic approach to quality
The application of quality through the Quality Management System helps the organization to:
Analyze customer requirements.
2. Quality policy and target
The quality policy and target set the direction of the organization.
The objectives must be coherent, measurable and consistent with the quality policy.
Furthermore, such objectives must demonstrate that they are compatible with the general
objectives of the organization and the achievement of these will result in the success of the
organization.
