JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
OF HUBERT P WEBB

I, HUBERT P. WEBB, of legal age, Filipino (American) citizen, single and residing at
BF Homes Executive Village, Paranaque City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, fully conscious that I am answering the following questions under oath, and that I may
face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury and said judicial affidavit was conducted at
the law office of JD 1-8 Defense Team, located at Sta. Mesa, Manila, which taking was done in
English which I clearly speak and understand and that other information or requirements of Sec.
3, A.M. 12-8-8-SC as explained to me by the administering officer, hereby depose and state as
follows:

PURPOSE

This affidavit of the accused, Hubert P. Webb is being offered to prove his innocence on
the charged of rape with murder against the accused and deny all allegations against him.

Question 1: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the record.

Answer 1: I am Hubert P. Webb, 23 years of age, holding a dual citizenship and residing at
BF Homes Executive Village, Paranaque City.

Question 2: Are you the same Hubert P Webb, who is charged of this case?

Answer 2: Yes, atty.

Question 3: Are you in the Philippines during June 29-31, 1991?

Answer 3: No, atty.

Question 4: Where were you then?

Answer 4: I was in California, United States of America (USA), atty.

Question 5: How long have you been there?

Answer 5: More than 7 months, atty.

Question 6: When did you travel?

Answer 6: I arrived in San Francisco, USA last March 9, 1991 on board United Airlines
Flight 808 and returned in the Philippines last October 26, 1992 on board
Philippine Airlines Flight No. 103.
Question 7: Was your passport then stamped and/or initialed by Immigration Officer?

Answer 7: Yes, atty.

Question 8: What did you do in the USA?

Answer 8: I worked for my cousin’s pest-control company which paid me enough to buy a
car.

Question 9: When did you bought the car?

Answer 9: I bought it last June 30, 2991 at Orange Cycle Center in California, USA, atty.

Question 10: What was the model of the car?

Answer 10: I bought a MR2 Toyota car, atty.

Question 11: Do you have any proof of purchase/registration?

Answer 12: I do, atty. The car dealer issued receipt on my purchase and the Public Records of
California Department of Motor Vehicle issued my car registration certificate
with plate number, “LEW WEBB”. Attached as Annex A.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 13th day of

November 1992, at Parañaque City, Philippines.

SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN TO BEFORE ME, a notary public in and for Paranaque City,
Philippines, this 13th day of November 1992, affiant personally came and appeared with his
Philippine Passport No. 123456XX issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs at Manila,
bearing his photograph and signature, known to me as the same person who personally signed
the foregoing instrument before me and avowed under penalty of law to the whole truth of the
contents of said instrument.
