Instructions
1. Cut the “cause & effect” and “useful vocabulary’’ cards. You can laminate them.
2. Let students find the best matches. There are more possible scenarios.
3. Help them with vocabulary to describe what they see in the pictures.
4. Show them how to use cause & effect vocab.
5. Ask them to draw the word cards and create sentences based on the pictures.

Examples:

She didn't hear her alarm clock, so she was late for work.
She can't eat nuts as she is allergic to them.
She must stay at the hotel since she has lost her keys.
