THIS DISSOLUTION DEED is made at Rawalpindi on 15th day of December

AND

Muhammad Irfan son of Nazar Hussain R/o House No. 32-B, Railway Carriage
Factory Colony, Dhoke Mangtal, P. O. Mangtal, Rawalpindi NIC No. 37405-

FORMER PARTNERS IN REGISTERED FIRM

REGISTRATION NO. RD/F/273 OF 2005 – 2006 DATED: 17-02-2006

NOW THIS DEED IS WITNESSED A SUNDER:-

1- That the partners got registered a firm under the name

M/s. Hospitex, bearing Registration No. RD/F/273 of 2005 – 2006
dated: 17.02.2006 from the office of Registrar of Firms under Section
58(1) of Partnership Act 1932

2- That the partners have mutually agreed to dissolve the firm.

3- That the firm has not done any business nor has opened any bank
account during the tenure of its registration.
 4- That the partners have withdrawn their respective capital and have
closed the books of accounts of firm.

5- That this deed would be consideration full and final declaration of

dissolution by the partners and they will have no claim of any form
upon each other and from this day i.e. 15th of December 2007, the
firm stands dissolved.
