CORRECTION DEED

(Sale Deed No. 1616/1 dated 28.03.2008)

THIS CORRECTION DEED is made at Rawalpindi on ____ day of May 2008 by

FAZAL HAQ MUGHAL son of Ehsan-ul-Haq Mughal resident of House No. B-413, Satellite
Town, Rawalpindi CNIC No. 37405-2965235-7 (Party No.1).

IN FAVOUR OF

MST. ZUBAIDA PARVEEN (widow) of Shauakat Ali and KHALID JAVED (son) of late Shaukat
Ali Resident of House Nill, Situated in Mouza Dawar, Rawalpindi (within limits of Tehsil
Municipal Administration) (Party No. 2)

THAT PARTY NO.1 sold out House No. Nill, Situated in Mouza Dawar, Rawalpindi (within limits
of Tehsil Municipal Administration) to the Party No. 2 vide Sale Deed No. 1616, Book No.1,
Volume No. 237, Page No. 102, and duplicate copy pasted in Additional Book No. 1, Volume
No. 2423, On Butts 53 to 55 dated 28.03.2008 registered at the office of Sub-Registrar(U-I)
Rawalpindi.

THAT above referred Sale Deed No. 1616 /1 dated 28.03.2008 mistakenly the house No. B-
413, which is the residence of Party No.1 has been wrongly mentioned in sale of house as B-
413.

THAT in fact the party No. 1 has sold out House Nill, Situated in Mouza Dawar, Rawalpindi
(within limits of Tehsil Municipal Administration).

THAT in sale Deed No. 1616/1 dated 28.03.2008 House No. B-413 be replaced as House No.
Nill in line No. 1 of Head note of 1st page and Second line of last paragraph of 1st page and in 3rd
line of Para-2 of Second Page of the deed is required to be changed / altered. The
change/alteration be made as required in the sale deed No. 1616/1 dated: 28.03.2008.

IN WITNESSES WHEREOF the parties have put their respective hands on the correction deed
in the presence of marginal witnesses after understanding the contents on the date and month
and years as mentioned above.
