INTRODUCTION
Movilift COP board collect all information from cabin ceiling (Sensors, operator and doors) and all internal
cabin services (calls, photocell, overload, arrows, etc). It is connected by cable 4wired (2 wires for data and
2 for power supply).

To can use it in best way, follow this procedure:


• Check packaging is perfect – on the contrary contact immediately our customer care.
• Open packaging with safety… avoid to make damages by cutter or other devices.
• Handling board using earth bracelet.

INPUT-OUTPUT DESCRIPTION
INPUTS 0-11: Internal cabin calls input. They are disposed on JST connectors with 4 pins:

Pin1 : GND

PIN2 : 12/24V

PIN3 : L1. To LED ON light on button

PIN4: I1. Call input

INPUT PAP: Closed to GND it enables “open door” command. It allows to enable open door when cabin is
on floor or it allows to cancel current call during close door.

INPUT PCP: Closed to GND it enables “close door” command, on SIMPLEX COLLECTIVE lift, resetting waiting
time with opened door during reservations.

INPUT SI: Closed to GND it enables INDIPENDENT SERVICE, on SIMPLEX COLLECTIVE lift. During its
activation, it will be cancelled all landing calls so cabin will be used in reserved way.

INPUT IF-ICV: Sensor Input for change speed and stop zone.

INPUT RS-RD: Phasing Limit sensor UP/DOWN input.

INPUT 74: It is activated by overload in cabin. It is possibleto set in parameter F2 of BR100. It can be NO or
NC. When input is activated, cabin stop to floor with opened door and busy signal activated. Light signal
(SVC) will indicate overload state. Calls are disabled.

INPUT MAN: Closed to GND it enables INSPECTION by cabin ceiling. Landings and cabin calls are disabled
and busy signal is ON. Cabin can stop in phasing UP/DOWN zone or in extreme stop zone IF/ICV in
according to value setted in parameter A8 on BR100. In the same parameter it possible to choose if move
cabin in HIGH or LOW speed.

INPUT PSM-PDM: Close to GND (each one) give UP and DOWN direction on Inspection box on cabin ceiling.

INPUT CM1-CM2: Closed to GND gives PHOTOCELL and MECHANICAL DEVICE status on first cabin ACCESS
(CM1) or second cabin Access (CM2).

INPUT X1-X2-X3:

INPUT CCC: Closed to GND enables “complete load”. On simplex lift it disables Landing call till it will be
reset.

INPUT FM: Activated by PIT contact. It is settable by parameter F3 on BR100. It can be NC or NO. When it is
activated, cabin stop at floor with opened doors and BUSY signal ON till it will be reset. Cabin call are
enabled.

OUTPUT FSR: Out of Service output.

OUTPUT FS-FD: For “UP DIRECTION” and “DOWN DIRECTION” lights. On UNIVERSAL lift they give real
movement of the cabin. On SIMPLEX lift these lights give also next direction.

OUTPUT A-B-C-D: These output give bynary code for floor indication. If parameter F6 on BR100 is setted to
3 or 4, Output A will be BUSY signal status while B-C-D haven’t any mean.

OUTPUT SVC: It indicate OVERLOAD signal when Input 74 is activated. It can be blinking light or fixed light
(parameter F2 on BR100). This output works till 250mA.

OUTPUT GNG: It manages GONG signal. This output is enabled each time door open or when speed change
(parameter F4 on BR100) max 4 sec. It is possible disable this output by Parameter H8 on Br100..

OUTPUT CP: It is CLOSE DOOR. This output is a transistor with C common. It can manages directly a car
door operator (for electronic models) or it is better to use relays interface 12V.

OUTPUT AP1: It is OPEN DOOR, it is enabled to manage “SIDE A” operator when we have two entries in
cabin. This output is C common transistor. It can manages directly a car door operator (for electronic
models) or it is better to use relays interface 12V.

OUTPUT AP2: It is OPEN DOOR, it is enabled to manage “SIDE B” operator when we have two entries in
cabin. This output is C common transistor. It can manages directly a car door operator (for electronic
models) or it is better to use relays interface 12V.

OUTPUT C: Common for AP1/AP2/CP.

JUMPER KEY – J2 DESCRIPTION


On COP there are 2 jumpers: J2 and KEY.

Jumper KEY if opened allows to disable common signal on calls inputs.

Jumper J2 enable impedance 120Ohm for serial communication CANBUS.

DIAGNOSTIC
When board turned on RDY and ERR leds are ON; little gong will be listen to can check buzzer working.

Board has two leds RDY and ERR for diagnostic purpose.

LED RDY
Short Blinking (1time each sec) Board works in Normal mode.
Led OFF Board not works. Check power supply.

LED ERR
OFF NO errors
1 blinking and 1 sec pause Error in CAN_BUS communication. Check CAN
connection. Check also earth connection.
ALWAYS ON Error in CAN-BUS communication. Check CAN
connection. Check also earth connection.
