Fitness Goal: I want to lower my body fat percentage and retain or gain muscles because I want to become stronger; especially to strengthen my lungs and to
have better immunity. I because I have been weak and fragile ever since I was a kid, I get sick easily and because of that I want to mitigate my asthma and
prevent myself from getting sick all the time. Fourth, I want to inculcate the true essence of exercise and physical fitness activities, and lastly, I want to make
fitness part of my routine by doing these exercises that I can apply in my every day life to truly commit and achieve my said fitness goals.
