Fitness level of different jobs
3 Occupations/Jobs:
 Actor
 Firefighter
 Sailor

Fitness levels of an actor

An actor is a person paid to act as a character in films. They can usually
be celebrities but can also be quite poor. Actors can be both successful
and unsuccessful. Actors are often paid when the movie is a hit, which
can lead to a fluctuating income and can have stress problems because
of it. Cigarettes provide a superficial short-lived relief from this stress.
So many actors will smoke for this reason. However, some actor that
have a high income might also smoke because they might think it's cool
or in fashion. Sometimes actors have lost or increase weight to play a
certain role. This could make them fit or not fit at certain times. I think
they could improve their fitness by not increasing weight for those
certain roles.
Fitness levels of a Firefighter
Firefighters are extremely important to the public's security. Without
them no one would save people from fires. To qualify for active duty on
the field, you need to commit to about five months of regular training
sessions during the off-season, beginning in April/May annually.

At the end of the training period, you need to pass a "pack test":
carrying a pack weighing 7-12 kg over roughly 4.7km within 45 minutes.
The fitness requirement for working on the skid unit (fire-fighting pump
unit carried on a vehicle) is to complete the distance in 60 minutes.
Firefighters must also pass a basic medical examination when they join.
Volunteers keep their fitness levels up with additional activities, such as
hiking. All of this is compulsory to be firefighter. This means firefighters
are very healthy.

Fitness levels of a Sailor

Sailors are people that help the captain run the ship. These people need
lots of strength for running the ship as you need lots of energy for jobs
such as securing cargo and lots of other things. Sailors must have basic
nautical sense. They also need to know how to swim and what to do in
the event of an emergency. Also, they have a strict diet meaning they
can't eat a lot of food because food on the ship is rationed. Out of these
three jobs I think sailors probably the toughest of them all. As you need
to learn lots before, you're allowed on ships. This means that they are
very healthy and probably don’t need to improve their health.
