Our group established a ratio of one student (mentor) to two beneficiaries

from the aforementioned foundation (mentee). Except for the days of coastal cleanup
and distribution of simple health kits, the pairings made will be in effect for the duration of
the project to ensure the spread of knowledge and the ease of coaching the participants.
Our group also formed committees for documentation and narrative, food, and budget, all
of which are on hand to monitor the progress of the activities for the project's success..

VII. Cooperating Agencies / Partners

● National Service Training Program, Batangas State University

● Barangay Nonong Casto Lemery Batangas Local Government
VIII. Beneficiaries
The People's Care New Health Care Project seeks to help all residents of
Nonong Casto Barangay in Lemery Batangas become more informed and empowered
about various health issues by providing activities, games, lectures, and other essential
materials. Finally, to respond to specific inquiries and issues. The following are the
questions that the initiative seeks to answer:
1. What activities are required to assist residents in becoming physically fit,
active, and healthy members of a community?
2. What activities can citizens participate in to help them see the importance
of health care?
3. What activities may citizens participate in to gain knowledge and be better
prepared to deal with certain health issues?

IX. Total Cost of the Project: Estimation of PHP 14,000

X. Rationale of the Project
All of the citizens of a community should work together to create a healthy
environment. Citizens are expected to contribute to the development and welfare of the
community to which they belong, especially as the Covid 19 pandemic spreads. To meet
these expectations, citizens should be guided and molded as early as possible through
the enlightenment provided by some elders with knowledge of health care and those who
serve as role models to them.
Furthermore, citizens must be properly educated in all aspects in order to be equipped
and ready to meet the health and challenges of this existence in terms of enhancing self-
care awareness and being well informed and prepared at all times.
Every year, thousands of people become ill as a result of a lack of a healthy
environment. As members of the youth, one of the groups in section MA-14 will conduct
a clean up healthy environment that will serve as a voice for the environment, speaking
of issues that aren't represented on social media, and encouraging the community to
participate in simple challenges such as avoiding throwing a lot of garbage in the wrong
place. They must constantly remind themselves to think cleanly and to use a trash can.

XI. Objectives
In general, the project's goal is to help all community members become more
informed and prepared about their health care. Citizens will serve as the foundation for
the community's healthy environment.

● To increase the number of the citizens in organizations involved in : Environmental

Protection and Biodiversity Conservation.
● To promote environmental awareness.
● To inform the residents to know the importance of cleaning the environment.
● To encourage the people about the proper health awareness
● Establish a relationship that would inspire both parties to engage in such activities.
● To establish a relationship that would inspire both parties to engage in such
activities.
● To make them realize that they’re health is valid and matter.
● To protect citizens in different health issues
● To determine the do’s and don'ts in the midst of the health problems.
● To teach the children regarding personal hygiene
● To instill the importance of preserving the environment to the community

XII. Description of the project, Strategies and Methods / Plan of Action

Twenty-five(25) psychology students from Batangas State University participating
in the National Service Training Program will work on a project called People's Care New
Health Care in Lemery, Batangas, with the goal of improving the well-being of the
residents of Barangay Nonong Casto. To ensure the success of the project, members of
the group will be assigned various tasks that will assist them, such as activities, visual
aids, and other materials that will be used in the given activities. Our group established a
ratio of 1 NSTP student (tutor) to 2 foundation participants (tutee). We can ensure learning
progress and an easier way of monitoring students using this method. The NSTP
instructor and foundation head have approved and supported the aforementioned activity.
In order to meet our goal, the program will run for 12 Saturdays. Our main strategy is to
follow a step-by-step procedure:

1. Information Gathering
This is the most important step because it will inform us of what we can
do about the aforementioned activities. We used a Google form to make this
happen because, as we all know, we are still in the grip of the pandemic. After
much deliberation and information gathering, we decided to carry out the project
in Nonong Casto, Lemery, Batangas. We came up with this topic due to the
availability of the aforementioned community.
2. Planning
This procedure was critical because it ensured the project's success. This
includes the process of how we will run the project, as well as the preparation of
specific topics to discuss and activities that are both enjoyable and informative.
3. Communication and Coordination
It is critical that all members, faculty, and the Head work together to ensure
the success of this project. We can easily go to our chosen foundation and
implement the project titled People's Care New Health Care with the assistance of
the constituent and the consent of the said barangay's Barangay Chairman.

4. Implementation
This is the main process and the beginning of the People's Care New Health
Care project.
