- Coordinate with the graphic team and conference producers to update project
collaterals with industry insights and statistical data
- Collaborate with the sales & sponsorship team to provide support with sales collaterals
Online Marketing:
- Should be able to run paid & organic campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Develop content that can boost the organic reach by exploring platforms/tools like:
YouTube, Quora, LinkedIn Groups & Articles and commonly used platforms like, Twitter
and Instagram
- Explore influential marketing
- Recommend new ideas to help drive the business using other tools and directories
- Expand digital tie-ups with Media and Story-tellers (like ScoopWhoop, Storypick and
YourStory)
- Maintain a competitor tracker analysis for each conference and provide actionable
inputs that can be incorporated in the marketing collaterals
- Manage inquiries & opportunities and determine which lead sources are driving the
business
- Analyse website traffic (using Google Analytics), e-mailers, etc. and highlight critical
findings like unique opens, clicks and bounce rate, etc.
Onsite Management:
- Ensure timely creation of marketing collaterals
- Supervise barter media partnerships
- Collect speaker / delegate testimonials
- Collect attendee feedback and maintain a record sheet
Experience 5-8 years work experience in the field of marketing; primarily events & conferences
