What are the Steps-

Identify the Stadiums and specific location within in where the Solar Panels could be
installed.

BCCI will tender out the contract to RenXSol Ecotech Pvt. Ltd, a solar solutions Enterprise.

RenxSol in association with MRO-TEK Reality Ltd carry out the installation of the Solar
Panels.

When-

2018: Initiate Discussions with RenXSol Ecotech Pvt. Ltd.

2019: Finalise the contract and start the project targeting completion of the following
Stadiums:

Eden gardens, Kolkata

Feroz Shah Kotla, New Delhi

Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai

Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.

2020: Targeting completion of 5 more stadiums

2021: Targeting completion of 5 more stadiums

2022: Targeting completion of 6 more stadiums


Resources:

The BCCI in association with the concerned stadium authorities will be the investors for the
entire project.

RenXSol Ecotech Pvt. Ltd will be responsible for providing all the materials regarding this
project.

The operating equipments and labours will be provided by the MRO-TEK Group.

Communications:

The initial tenders for the project will be published in the newspapers and the official
website of BCCI.

The remaining official communication will be done via email( both hard and soft copies).
