INTERPRETATION: POOR PROGRESSION

 Patient has poor progressionnot to meet the expected outcomes of therapy due
to pt’snone compliant to return to her activities of daily living, and an overall not
a good physical conditioning prior to pt’s disease condition.
 Expected progress to being able to successfully meet goals regarding to pt’s
medical treatment andtherapy to safely complete light duty tasks for her
activities of daily living within 2 weeks.
