I attended San Paulo University and graduated with a degree in Software Engineer and a Specialization in
Management in Information Technology.
I have started my career at Netsteel Technology Solutions as a Technical Hardware Support & Software
Support Engineer. Afterwards, following Netsteel, I have worked in Coca-Cola Femsa for 3 years composing the IT
Department solving technology, Sales and Logistic issues. From that, I have improved my SAP skills training SAP
Academy in 2012 and since then I have been working in SAP area. Star IT Brazil, DAFITI Brazil Digital Commerce Ltd
and ATENTO Brazil A.S I composed the SAP Sales & Logistic Consultant Team being part of the Projects
implementation, enhancements and process troubleshooting.
I gained great experience working these departments (Sales Process, Billing, Manufacture, ATP, Reverse
Logistics) and countries (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru & Colombia) in different markets (Retail,
Service, OTC and IT Consulting). I have technical experience in troubleshooting support and maintenance. I love
working in team and enjoy new challenges every day. I am an organized who is very self-orientated, hard working. I’m
currently seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity with an organization with good reputation that recognize
