When the overseas telecommunications administration

receives the telegram, they will deliver it to the addressee.

THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE IS FOR SENDING A TELEGRAM

USING DESKTOP TELEX 5.5.2

1. Click for Real Time (RT) telex
2. Enter telex number 6161 followed by +
3. Click CONNECT
4. The message reference number, time and date will appear
5. After the GA TEXT? prompt, type TELEGRAM followed by a blank line
6. Type the correspondent's name and address in postal format
7. Skip a line and type your message text
8. Type five periods to send the telegram and disconnect

1. Dial MCI Telegram modem access number 1-888-861-8490
2. Log on using your user ID and password
3. A connection number, date and time will appear
4. After the PTS prompt, type /INT
5. Type the correspondent's name and address in postal format
6. Type the country in parentheses
7. Skip a line and type your message text
8. Type MMMM to send the telegram and disconnect
