Redefining outdoor, redefining brand direction. Creating a loyal following who aspires to be amazing on the
mountain whatever the conditions.

The direction called for new graphic systems to highlight technical aspects of the products, With David Carson
inspired details showcasing selected elements. The juxtaposition of the full colour and black and white images
aimed at creating two distinct emotions; one of adrenaline, speed, energy, the other; exploration, peace, vastness.

Part of my brand direction included a design guide for their in-house magazine publication. Combining hand written
typography with the clean type treatment, aimed at connecting the hands on / old school approach to planning and
preparing alpine ski trips and highlighting key features within the article.

Conscious consumer goods - made from ethically sourced organic materials, with a fully
traceable supply chain, Wandering Soul x Supraliminal is a young adult clothing brand.

Supraliminal, which means to perceive above the threshold, hoping to inspire the average
non-vegan to rethink societies norms and hopefully move towards a meat free diet and
lifestyle!

The graphic direction is light and fresh, with a little bit of 70’s era flower power. Screen printed
elements and slight weathering adds to the visual aesthetic.
The Quad Squad - FPV Clothing

FPV racers (mostly people who fly tiny 4 motor radio controlled multi-copter drones, wearing
‘First Person View’ goggles linked to a camera on the drone) tend to order large quantities of
parts and gear from China. To compensate for this massive increase in Carbon emissions from
the manufacture and distribution of these parts, The Quad Squad wanted to create ethically
sourced, organic cotton graphic tees that did less harm down the entire chain of manufacture.

Artistically the direction was slightly geeky, but with a touch of DIY urbanism and hinted at
sexual equality with imagery and copy that addressed and uplifted the feminine racers.

We created a brand strategy that was both recognizable and unique as well as being flexible
and adaptable enough for future growth. The branding needed to embody a rustic, down to
earth lifestyle – but also work as a modern high-tech online infrastructure. Both of these

Dragonfly Precision

A high-tech solution for an age old problem. Dragonfly Precision provides digital crop analysis
for farmers. Mostly working with large scale wheat farms, where profit margins are extremely
tight, every dollar saved is considered a blessing. Dragonfly Precision uses software that can
program seed harvesters using gps to alter the seed ratio depending on the soil quality.
I wanted to combine the cutting edge qualities of the tech with a hands on the ground farm
aesthetic. Combining vintage topographic elements with the stylized dragonfly icon, modern
typeface and a de-stressed and rugged visual quality positioned Dragonfly Precision as a
unique and the leading solution in an ever-growing pool of modern tech themed offerings.

Shannon was once part of a travelling circus and now
teaches Mums (and Dads) the art of staying healthy,
even when you think you absolutely can’t squeeze in a
gym session between looking after the kids and rush WELLNESS
hour traffic. Her branding has subtle cues to her
previous circus life, yet embodies her family first

Bloomberg Media Initiative Africa

Bloomberg Media Initiative Africa provides business journalism, and business media education
systems to students in Africa. For the annual report we chose to highlight the journalistic aspect
of the initiative. Combining half-tone patterns, with single colour graphics and a multi-row grid
gives a sense of old newspaper editorials.

To aid in navigation each section was colour coded, this made it easy for each section / focus to
be quickly referenced.
