The contents of this risk assessment must be communicated to all students, staff, contractors, actors and persons involved.
One Risk Assessment per location. Please print 2 copies of each or email across.
On completion, hand both forms to Laura Coull (Mon & Tues only) or email Lcoull@uca.ac.uk. Allow 2 working days for
sign off.
Once signed, show Fergus Moloney and you will then be able to borrow equipment from the Technical Store and take one
copy on location. No Risk Assessment – No Kit.
