II. Rationale

The LGU is very supportive to all offices that exerted satisfying efforts throughout
the year in serving and preserving the good service offered by the LGU to all its
constituents. One of the offices that carry service in the social protection aspect is the
Bureau of Fire Protection Office in Padada. They are tasked to implement Fire Protection
Program in which the ultimate objective is to preserve lives and properties during fire
incidences.

As per record their performance is worth rewarding. In as much as they are asking
for a financial assistance, the LGU hereby grant their request in the amount equivalent to
P10,000.00 necessary in their office activity. Thus this Program Design.

III. Objective

This program aims to motivate each LGU offices to perform the given functions and
responsibilities mandated by law.

IV. Expected Output

An amount equivalent to P10,000.00 will be provided to the Bureau of Fire

Protection Office of Padada.

V. Funding Requirement

The source of fund for this purpose will be derived from the General Fund: Non-
office Lump Sum Appropriation.

VI. Mode of Implementation

This program will be implemented thru the Office of the Mayor and the release of
fund will be subject to its availability.
