II. Rationale

It is the responsibility of the LGU to provide each office a good working environment
so that its employees will be invigorated as well as the clients that they will be serving.
These include the provision of Information technology and media equipment or furniture
that will ease the work of the employees as well as to give comfort to the clientele while
waiting for needed services.

One equipment that can provide comfort to clientele is a media device such as
television. This can also be used as a means of communication because while watching
important news aired online one can be informed of the significant global and local events
and issues. Much more if the office work is in line with the implementation of disaster and
calamity preparedness programs which is a global concern. Hence one (1) television unit
will be acquired to be in placed at the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Office. Thus this
Project Design.

III. Objective

This program aims to motivate each LGU offices to perform the given functions and
responsibilities mandated by law.

IV. Expected Output

An amount equivalent to P20,000.00 will be allocated for the acquisition of one (1)
unit television as a means of information.

V. Funding Requirement

The source of fund for this purpose will be derived from the Non-office Lump Sum
Appropriation under the Communication Expense.

VI. Mode of Implementation

This program will be implemented thru the Office of the Mayor and the release of
fund will be subject to its availability.
