Role: Team Member.
Project Abstract: The objective of this project was to support the two main applications of this telecom
giant; there were several other small projects that were developed for them in parallel. This gave me an
opportunity to work on both support and development at the same time.
#2 Project Name: NGCRM
Client Name: Magyar Telecom
Role: Module Lead
Project Abstract: Worked from the scratch till the project went live, this project helped me pick up, cross
module handling skills, I even had an opportunity to handle the campaign module alone and this module
was developed with zero defects. In this project I also led a small team of 2-3 members for the Partner
Relationship and Bulk Request modules. The application was developed in both English and Hungarian.

#3 Project Name: COLT

Client Name: City of London Telecom
Role: Module Lead, Team Member, Siebel Admin
Project Abstract: With this telecom giant I worked for 3 short term projects.
#1: Led a small team of 2 members, this project was based on integration. I supported the end to end
testing from Siebel side.
#2: My role was to bridge the gap between the architect team and the development team. Prepared
estimates for development. I also handled the Siebel Admin activities for this project right from
installing Siebel and upgrading it.
#3: Developed a critical, tricky requirement for order management that involved a lot of eScript
coding; this was appreciated by my manager in the team.
This project gave me a lot of client facing experience as I was working out of client location.

#4 Project Name: JnJ

Project Abstract: Exposure to work in Siebel Life Sciences application. As a senior developer in the team
had handled the complete development of Complaints module. Also maintained the Siebel servers.
