Second Interview Tips and Reminders:

1. Add live:eric_19315 in Skype.

2. Log-in at least 30 minutes before your schedule. The earlier the better.

3. Wear decent and professional looking clothes. For guys, please make sure that your hair is
neat. For girls, you can wear a little make-up to make you look more beautiful in the camera.

4. Do speed test and line check before the schedule.

5. Check your equipment and devices. Make sure that there is no background noise.

6. Add the ABC360 Logo and your preferred Tutor Name in your background. Here is a sample:

Tips for the Short Demo:

1. Be perky.
2. Pick easy topics like: shapes, colors, animals etc.
3. Smile most of the time.
4. Create your own topic.
5. Be creative.
6. Preferably, create your short material.
7. Use Neutral Accent. Careful with the pronunciation and grammar.
8. Give real time feedback
9. Positive Scripting
10. Wear decent clothing.
11. Have fun.
12. Be confident.
13. Act as if the students are young.
14. Learn at least Chinese greeting like: hello - Nǐ hǎo --- Thank you – Xièxiè --- etc.
