The St.

Johns River State College Library is pleased to bring you


free, unlimited access to The New York Times
SJR State students, faculty, and staff may register for full access to the New York Times
online and maintain this personal account for 364 days. Once your days are up, you will
need to renew your account.

TO REGISTER OR RENEW
Step 1 Visit nytimesineducation.com/access-nyt
You will only use this link to register or renew. Please note: Chrome works
better than Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Step 2 Search for St. Johns River State spelled exactly this way and select the college
when it displays.

Step 3 Using your SJR State email address, do one of the following:
If you have previously registered your SJR State email address on The New
York Times site or the site tells you that your SJR State email address has
been used before click the Already have an account? Log in here link.

If you have never registered for online access to the New York
Times before, click Create Account and complete the fields.

Step 4 Check your SJR State email to verify your account. You will receive an email
from: NYTimes.com subject: Confirm Your Email Address. Click the link in that
email.

Step 5 The link sends you back to the NYT registration site to “redeem your pass.”
Select Student or Faculty/Staff and click Sign Up

Step 6 Confirmation. You will see a confirmation page with your details.

Step 7 Click Go To New York Times at the bottom of the page to begin enjoying your
unlimited access!

TO ACCESS THE NEW YORK TIMES


From Any Computer
Visit www.nytimes.com and log in with your SJR State email address and the
password you selected.

When you click on the Account drop down, you will see that you are a Digital
Subscriber.

From Any Mobile Device

Download the New York Times app for your iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire, or
Android device. Login with your SJR State email address and the password
you selected.

Or visit www.nytimes.com on your mobile device and log in with your SJR State
email address and the password you selected.
