Greetings in the name of the Lord!

I am immensely pleased to write this letter of request for your approval on the conduct of the
“SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL RECOLLECTION to be participated by the Grade 12 of the Senior High
School department. The activity aims to provide experience that will focus on self-assessment,
reformation and reflection of one’s past actions and decision makings in life. A sort of culminating
activity that would enrich the social, emotional and spiritual growth of our dear students. A two (2)
day one (1) night event which will be held on “February 22 to 23, 2018, At IBA Zambales High
Land Camp.

The Recollection activity will be spent as follows:

Start Date: on February 22, 2018 / Students will be picked up at the gate of TNTS
Pick up time: 5:30 to 6:30 AM
End Date: February 23,2018
Drop Time: Students will leave IBA ZAMBALES HIGHLAND Camp at 5:00 PM and is expected to
be drop to school at 8:00 PM
Cost per student: (Php 200.00 ) Two hundred pesos only in which includes transportation, three
(3) full meals, and board and lodging

Each student will need a couple of shirt, short pants, pants and personal hygiene kit for a day tour
activity which will be spent at the Highland camp premises.
