Arc-Shaped Pipe Floaters

We designed one kind of new arc-shaped pipe float buoys.
This type of pipe float buoys can connect with the pipe
closer to get more buoyancy in the shallow water
condition. We can make pipe float buoys according to the
different diameter pipe. The buoyancy is from 1ton to
10ton each unit.

Arc-shaped pipe floater has three lifting webbing sling. So

pipe laying float can be strapped to the pipeline to reduce
the tension and weight in the pipeline during the

Hawser Float
Hawser floats are designed for the buoyancy support of hawser or mooring ropes. The hawser floats are made by two
layers high abrasion resistant nylon fabric, with 100% closed cell polyethylene foam block inside. Each foam block is
embedded into independent pockets, separated by welding seam. Even the PVC coating fabric was damaged. The closed
cell PE foam also cannot absorb water. High-quality eyelets are equipped around the hawser float for the connecting
round hawser.

Lace-On Floats are evenly spaced along the length of a Mooring Hawser in order to provide sufficient reserve buoyancy
to enable it to float. Skins are double-layered heavy-duty nylon fabric to resist tearing & abrasion and colored orange.
Each stitched pocket encloses flexible water resistant closed cell polyethylene foam. Nylon thread and high-quality

It is the international industrial standard for the
underwater air lift bags. All DOOWIN air lift bags are
tested to meet this standard, to meet or exceed the
requirement for the safety factor 5:1. DOOIWN air lift
bags are assembled comply with this standard, including
the safe valves, inverter lines, and other fittings.
Material and Technology
DOOWIN lifting bags and water bags are constructed from
high tensile PVC/TPU coating fabric. Our best coating
