At the end of the session, results of the performance of the trainees will be evaluated.
If the results are not good ask the trainees of the problems they’ve encountered. Identify what part is difficult to perform. This will allow
the trainees to suggest trainer intervention to help them better understand and guide them to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
in their performance.
Other trainees have to practice more on how applying their interpersonal skills effectively. The methods worked successfully even if
most of them were high school graduate.
