You recently moved to a different city and are looking for a place to stay. Write to
a real estate agent and:

- explain why you want to move.

- mention what location would you prefer.
- describe the accommodation type that you need.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in buying a new home in Ho Chi Minh City.

I am currently living in Tan Phu District and my wife and I feel it is time to stop renting
and finally purchase our own home. A new construction project is starting right beside
our current apartment and the anticipated noise pollution and dust is another good
reason to relocate.

I would prefer to live either in District 2 or District 7. In District 2 I would like to live near
Thao Dien Street so that I can walk to the shops and visit the other amenities on that
road. If you have any apartments in the newer developments in District 7, we would also
love to view these.

The most important considerations are space and security. The apartment must be at
least 150 square meters and it must also have at least 3 bedrooms and an office. I
would also like you to recommend somewhere that has excellent security, with a
modern surveillance system and responsible guards.
