and 2 situations in which you would like to
feel more self-confident.

 Positive language is important in all


professional situations – writing applications,
presenting in meetings, being interviewed for
a job, pitching for business.
 Using dynamic and positive vocabulary
contributes to the image of a confident,
competent and professional individual
