This is an Internship Call letter for Undergraduate
Students, Postgraduate Students and Research
Scholars to intern at Acies Innovations.
Who we are?
Acies Innovations is a Start-up Consulting firm
based out of Bangalore. We are a Knowledge
Management consulting firm serving the
Corporate, Academic and Non-profit sectors.
What we do?
It is a well-known but often ignored fact that
organizations don’t leverage 100% of their
knowledge potential. Let alone 100%, they
typically make use of less than 30% of their total
knowledge. But imagine the organization’s
growth potential, were it to push 30% to 60%!
This is where Acies Innovations comes in. We
help organizations map their knowledge gaps,
and bring in interventions to close these gaps –
thus directly impacting the organization’s overall
efficiency and growth.
Nature of the Internship:
• Internship Duration: Min 5 weeks – Max 10
Weeks (Based on availability)
• Work place: Work from home

Internship Description
The internship will require interns to work on a
deadline-basis, meeting specific targets assigned
to them. The responsibilities and targets assigned
will vary based on the role they are selected for.
There will be no fixed stipend provided to the
intern as a part of the internship. However, as per
the criteria given below, when certain quantified
targets are met with, the intern will receive
monetary benefits as well as other pre-defined
incentives.

the internship with a stipend for a period of
6-12 months (for 2nd year students) or pre-

Digital Marketing & Creative Content
Creation
What is your role?
You will be creating campaigns on the
organization’s social media platforms, working
on the organization's online reputation
management (followers, posts, comments,
reviews etc.), and creating creative posts and
short videos to be posted on social media
platforms. You will be expected to document
learnings and best practices on a daily basis.
What skills do you require?
• Basic understanding of Social Media
Marketing and Online Reputation
Management. (It is not mandatory that you
possess this knowledge beforehand, but you
should have an inclination to learn more).
• Basic Graphic-design & Video-making
skills, with a good understanding of Canva,
Adobe photoshop, or Pixlr editor for poster-
making, and Adobe Premiere Pro or Vimeo
for video creation (or any alternative well-
built tools).

list down at least 5 things wrong with it and
your strategies for improvement. (Also,
while you are there, you may as well follow

2. Create an original creative poster or 30
second video that can be used to promote
our page on LinkedIn.
3. In less than 250 words, tell us – Why we

You can choose to do either Task no. 1 or 2 –
if you want to go the extra mile, you can do
both. Task no. 3 is mandatory for all.
 Content Creation and Research
What is your role?
You will be given keywords and subtopics, based
on which you will conduct background research
involving other websites, blogs, and research
articles. You will subsequently create, review and
edit content for our blog. You will be expected to
document learnings and best practices on a daily
basis.
What skills do you require?
• Basic knowledge of management services
offered across industries*
• Basic understanding of Search Engine
Optimization, Keyword Search and Google
AdWords*
• Basic online research and online data
collection skills

 Marketing Strategy and Lead Generation
What is your role?
You will be involved in evolving creative
marketing strategies for the organization, and
generating leads for the organization. You will
also be required to do basic background research
for each lead. You will be expected to document
learnings and best practices on a daily basis.
What skills do you require?
• Basic knowledge of marketing and lead
generation
• A good understanding of LinkedIn and
Google
• Knowledge lead generation and marketing (it
is not mandatory that you possess this
knowledge beforehand, but you should have
an inclination to learn more)
• Basic working knowledge of MS Word, MS
Power point, Google Docs, Google sheets,
and Google Drive
