1) Search for zoom meeting, click at the zoom.us and sign up for free.

PLEASE USE YOUR

GOOGLE GMAIL ACCOUNT.

2) Check your email and click the activation button or paste the link into your browser.
3) Key in the details, your name and new password as instructed.
4) On the next page you don’t need to invite others and just tick for “I am not a robot”.
5) Press the button Start Meeting now.

6) A file will be downloaded, once finished downloading, click the file at the bottom corner of
your screen

7) Wait for it to install

 8) Click sign in and key in your email address and also the new password that you have created.

TO CREATE A NEW MEETING

1) Click New Meeting

2) Your camera screen will activate. Wait for it to finish connecting.

3) Click Join with Computer Audio.
4) Hover your mouse to the bottom of the camera screen.
5) Click Invite

6) Click Copy URL. (This will copy a link for you to invite others to the meeting.

7) To invite others, just go and click paste on your whatsapp web to invite the invitees.
 8) They will use this link to join the meeting.

JOINING AN EXISTING MEETING (your meeting inviter should give you a link prior the meeting)

1) Click Join
2) Copy and paste the url link given by the person who invited you.
3) Click Join.
